Conditions for a Refund

To qualify for a refund, we ask that you first reach out to our premium support team and allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue. If our developers are unable to fix the broken functionality within 72 hours of your ticket being opened, your refund will be processed immediately. Please note that refunds are granted for technical failures, not for a general “change of mind” after downloading the software.

Exclusions and Limitations

Refunds will not be granted if the product is functioning correctly but does not visually match your exact expectations, or if you simply decide you no longer want the product.
